SVG develops DOE for dToF in the module, the DOE is usually manufactured by micro-nano technology to a form a two-dimensional distribution of diffraction units. The DOE uses vector diffraction hybrid algorithm simulation design. It can customize micro-nano structure according to the target field demand. We developed multiple lattice uniform diffraction DOE products. The  dToF that based on DOE can be applied to 3D face recognition, 3D modeling and gesture recognition, motion simulation game, AR/VR and so on.It can bring more entertaining and practical experience to smartphones.

SVG develops optical diffusion diffuser used in iToF module, completes the theory model, working principle, design, manufacturing process, the evaluation parameters of diffuser design. The research and development of the diffuser is based on chaotic micro lens array designto avoid interference of diffraction fringes. Valid field of view is 54°* 68 °. Window effect is higher than 75%. It also has  wafer level optical components production capacity. The products pass the test about high temperature and high humidity, hot and cold shock, reflow soldering and aging. The multi-scene application of iTOF based on diffuser shows a broader developing prospect than that of structured light. It can be applied to more scenes including 3D face recognition, 3D modeling and gesture recognition, motion-sensing games, AR/VR.
