Microlens Array Optical Films

Microlens arrays are a vital part of today's optical systems. From telecommunications to machine vision, microlenses are impacting the way we live. Microlens array films are the interesting alternative solutions for all applications where miniaturization and reduction of alignment costs are necessary. Microlens array films are better devices to enhance the light output efficiency of LED and OLED with cost effective.

We've invented the unique  method to fabricate the micro-devices on the surface of the substrates and films. The microlens array  films are manufactured with the LIGA-like and roll-to-roll(R2R) nano-imprinting technologies with the formats from 300mm to 600mm. Structuring  of aperture arrays of microlenses is within 10um - 500um on thin films., and can be aligned into an array according to customer's requests.
 
The microlens molds are also manufactured using IC technologies like photolithography, photo-resist processing and reactive ion etching(ICP). These manufacturing technologies allow a very accurate shaping of the lens profile and a precise positioning of the lenses within an array. Different paramenters of microlens array can be designed such as NA, ROC, FOV,etc.
